Week 9 | Jedda | “Fells Point”
Shutter: 1/200Aperture: f/14.0ISO: 200
Oops, late again. I do think we should change it to Mondays, but I agree that if we change it to Mondays, I won’t upload until Tuesday… so I guess we should just keep it to Sundays and go from there. As long as we upload the week of, I think we should be all good. Anyways, this past week I went to Fells Point in Baltimore with my roommates and our significant other. We had sushi (FAVE), and just had a good time. That is all.

Week 8 | Jedda | “Tilt-A-Whirl”
Shutter: 1/640Aperture: f/5.0ISO: 160
I know, I know, I’m incredibly late again. School is wrapping up and I’m just trying to avoid being on the computer for long periods of time = me not being able to upload and edit photos. Anyways, this past Easter Weekend, I went to go visit my family in Ocean City. The weather was absolutely gorgeous so we decided to hit up the boardwalk. There were tons of people there and some of the rides were open. I wanted to do “tourist-y” photos and this is one of the photos I came up with. I’m not sure it’s very tourist-y but I love the pastel colors it has.

Week 7 | Jedda | “Flowers for you”
Shutter: 1/20Aperture: f/5.3ISO: 160
I’m always late :| ah, I apologize for being 3 weeks late uploading. I wanted to emulate film photography by adding film grain on here and changing the contrast, and color of it. I’ve always admired film photography and one of these days, I’m going to build myself a darkroom and go back to it. Until then, it’s all digital for me.

Week 5 | Jedda | “StefPony”
Shutter: 0.02 sec (1/50)Aperture: f/5.3ISO: 800Technique: Sports Photography
This past weekend, I was able to take some pictures for District 6’s Basketball Tournament. I’ve always been fascinated with sports photography but never really got into it because I still need a lot of practice with motion photography. I was able to take this picture of Stef right before she took her foul shot against College Park. Congrats to UMBC girls’ team for being district champs for 3 years in a row.

Exposure: 0.008 sec (1/125)Aperture: f/5.3ISO: 1600Style: Food Photography
I feel like I’m always a day late on these things :| Worst project person ever! But anyways, this past week was my Spring Break. I went to Ocean City, Maryland with a bunch of my friends. It was centered towards a lot of different things, one being food. Since we were by the beach/ocean, we had a lot of seafood. One of my favorites ever is shrimp so I figured, why not take a picture? I used natural lighting for this and did nothing TOO special. The End ;)

Week 3 | Jedda | “Meeshall”
Exposure: 0.02 sec (1/50)Aperture: f/4.5Technique: Portrait
So I’m currently on Spring Break right now and apologize for not being able to upload last night since I wasn’t anywhere near a computer. Anyways, this week I wanted to focus on the fundraiser that the Filipino/American Student Association is doing at my university for the Japan and Pacific Tsunami. This photograph is a picture of my roommate, Michelle, holding the sign we have for it. We decided  hold a fundraiser to make 1,000 cranes for Japan for a wish… while raising money to donate. This is part of a series that I am doing with different people holding the sign and supporting the cause.
